Mr. Liang Yongming's qualification as an independent non-executive director has been approved by the Shanxi Regulatory Bureau. Mr. Liang Yongming's term as an independent non-executive director will take effect on October 30, 2025, and will continue until the expiration of the term of the sixth board of directors (3 years from December 22, 2022).
