China Industrial and Commercial Bank Chairman Liao Lin attended the 8th China Enterprise Forum and delivered a keynote speech.

The 8th China Enterprise Forum was held in Beijing from November 3rd to 4th. Gao Yunlong, Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Zhang Yuzhuo, Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and Liu Jian, Deputy President of Xinhua News Agency, attended and delivered speeches. Liao Lin, Chairman of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), was invited to attend and made a keynote speech on the theme of the forum "Chinese Enterprises: Strategic Momentum and Innovative Enhancement". Liao Lin shared some trends in global technological innovation, pointing out that ICBC has always focused on its main responsibilities in supporting manufacturing, technological innovation, commercial circulation, and other areas, maintaining a leading edge and effectively playing the role of a leading bank. He stated that ICBC will earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, comprehensively implement the strategic tasks proposed in the "15th Five-Year Plan" recommendations, firmly shoulder responsibilities, adhere to Party building leadership, promote transformation through innovation, focus on customers, market orientation, and value-driven approaches, accelerate the construction of comprehensive financial solutions, deepen the external empowerment of the comprehensive risk management system, and promote integration of financing, intelligence, technology, and communication to better serve the innovative development of Chinese enterprises, fully support the construction of a modern industrial system and self-reliance in technology, accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, and inject stronger financial dynamism into the Chinese-style modernization.
