Xinjiang Bank has been approved for capital increase, with total equity increasing to 12.223 billion shares.

The Xinjiang Financial Regulatory Bureau released a reply indicating that the regulatory bureau has agreed to the Xinjiang Bank's plan to change its registered capital, with this round of stock issuance totaling 4.317 billion shares. After the targeted stock issuance, the total share capital will reach 12.223 billion shares. In addition, Xinjiang Financial Investment Co., Ltd. has been approved as a shareholder, with this round of investment in Xinjiang Bank totaling 3.777 billion shares, holding a 30.90% stake.
