Sino-Agricultural Bank: Board of Directors appoints President, Vice President and nominates candidates for executive directors.

The Su Agricultural Bank announced that the 11th interim meeting of the 7th Board of Directors reviewed multiple proposals. Wang Liang was appointed as the President, Fei Haibin and Geng Zhi as Vice Presidents, with terms consistent with the 7th Board of Directors. Their eligibility is subject to approval by the national financial regulatory authority. Wang Liang will temporarily perform the duties for a period not exceeding 6 months. At the same time, Wang Liang and Xia Lijun were nominated as candidates for executive directors of the 7th Board of Directors, pending election by the shareholders' meeting. In addition, the meeting approved the "Authorization Letter of the Board of Directors to the President" and will hold the 2025 second interim shareholders' meeting on November 20th.
