Suzhou Bank: Director and President Zhuang Yingjie resigned due to job changes.

Suzhou Bank announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from director and president Zhuang Yingjie. Due to changes in his work, he applied to resign from the positions of director, special committee of the board of directors, and president, with his resignation effective on October 31, 2025, earlier than the originally scheduled term ending on December 27, 2026. His resignation will not affect the normal operation and management of the board of directors. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zhuang Yingjie has fulfilled all public commitments and has completed the handover work.
