According to the Wisdom Finance and Economics APP, on November 4th, China Index Research Institute stated in a report that in October 2025, the top 50 companies added approximately 60.83 million square meters of contract area, with the scale of leading companies continuing to expand; the average added contract area was 1.22 million square meters. Among them, CR Vanguard (China Resources Vanguard Co., Ltd.), Henan Jianye New Life Service Co., Ltd., and Greentown Property Service Group Co., Ltd. have rapidly expanded their scale, with an added contract area exceeding 3.9 million square meters.
