COSCO Shipping Ports Limited announced that on November 4, 2025, the company repurchased 856,900 H-shares at a repurchase price of HK$6.99-7.19 per share, totaling HK$6.06 million; repurchased 5,081,308 A-shares at a repurchase price of RMB 7.85-7.9 per share, totaling RMB 39.9996 million.
