The Zhongbai Group (600857.SH) based in Ningbo has announced that, due to their own capital needs and project investment requirements, major shareholder Zhang Jiangbo, who holds over 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce his holdings by a total of up to 2.24 million shares through concentrated bidding, with the reduction proportion not exceeding 1% of the total shares of the company. The shareholder's reduction period is within 3 months after 15 trading days from the day of disclosure of this reduction plan.
