Fudan Zhangjiang Announcement: Shareholder Yang Zongmeng holds 64,009,800 shares, accounting for 6.18% of the total shares. It is planned to reduce no more than 10,365,700 shares through centralized auction after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement within the next 3 months, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1.00%. The reduction period is from November 26, 2025 to February 25, 2026.
