Shen Guangchun, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Heilongjiang Province, stated that this winter, Heilongjiang Province is scheduled to launch the "Hundred Days Action" of Winter Ice and Snow Tourism in Heilongjiang Province from November 8, 2025 to February 28, 2026. By focusing on product supply, they aim to build a new system of comprehensive ice and snow tourism. With the core of promoting the "Enjoy Ice and Snow in Heilongjiang" products, they will construct a multi-level and full-spectrum ice and snow product matrix. They will focus on innovation in formats, cultivate new energy for deep integration of culture and tourism, promote the integrated development of "Ice and Snow +", and expand new cultural and tourism consumption scenarios.
