Jinzheng Investment announced that shareholder and director Zhao Jian reduced his holdings by 9.2349 million shares, accounting for 0.98% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding from August 4 to November 3, 2025, with a trading price of 16.53 to 18.22 yuan per share; Director Xu Minbo reduced his holdings by 1 million shares, accounting for 0.11% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding during the same period, with a trading price of 21.44 to 23.2 yuan per share. Both individuals' reduction plans have been completed.
