Financial APP News: Xingye Holdings (00132) announced that on November 4, 2025, its subsidiary Green Gold Leasing entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee, Harbin Li Lin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., for a consideration of 14 million RMB (approximately 15.302 million Hong Kong dollars) to transfer ownership of the assets to the lessee. The leased assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of five years.
