Ubotech announced that the company, together with Wanqi Rongda Technology Partnership Enterprise, Wu Zhaojun, and Tengan Yonggao Technology Partnership Enterprise, jointly increased capital to Shanghai Ubotech Fengjun Cloud Storage Technology Co., Ltd. The company plans to use its own funds to increase RMB 4.16 million to Shanghai Ubotech Fengjun this time. After this capital increase, the company will hold 40% equity of Shanghai Ubotech Fengjun.
