Hua Kaiyi announced that the employee representative director and vice chairman Zhuang Junchao increased his holdings by 573,700 shares of the company through centralized bidding on November 4, 2025, accounting for 0.14% of the total share capital of the company. Before the increase, Zhuang Junchao held 29,357,800 shares, accounting for 7.26%. Zhuang Junchao plans to continue increasing his holdings through centralized bidding within six months starting from November 4, 2025, with an amount not less than 30 million yuan. He will not reduce his holdings during the increase period and within six months after completion.
