According to the Qichacha app, Shanghai Zhongnan Metro Media Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Ding Hui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 40 million yuan. Its business scope includes advertisement production, organization of cultural and artistic exchange activities, literary creation, internet data services, data processing services, and brand management. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Zhongnan Media.
