The Jiangxi procuratorial organs have filed a lawsuit against Zhang Tianfeng for alleged bribery according to law.

The case of Zhang Tianfeng, former member of the Party group and deputy director of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, who is suspected of bribery, has been investigated and concluded by the National Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorial organ for examination and prosecution. The Supreme People's Procuratorate has lawfully issued an arrest warrant for Zhang Tianfeng on suspicion of bribery, and designated the People's Procuratorate of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province to review and prosecute.
