"The world's first listed Robotaxi company" Pony.ai (02026.HK) will soon be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with an offering price of 139 Hong Kong dollars, raising up to 7.7 billion Hong Kong dollars.

According to the Zhixin Finance APP, on November 3, Xiaoma Zhixing (02026.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the final offer price for its international offering and Hong Kong public offering is HK$139 per share. Based on strong demand from institutions and market investors, the company has fully exercised the overallotment option to issue approximately 6.29 million additional shares at the final offer price, accounting for 15% of the total number of shares available for subscription in the global offering. If the oversubscription option is fully exercised, the total amount raised could reach up to HK$7.7 billion.
