Zhang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Haikou Municipal Committee and Mayor, met with the visiting Vice President of Global Supply Chain of Este Lauder Group, Jamel Chamalik, at the municipal administrative office area. Zhang Yong welcomed Jamel Chamalik and his team, and introduced the progress of the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the economic and social development of Haikou. He mentioned that the optimization policy of Hainan off-island duty-free has been officially implemented since November 1, injecting new energy and expanding new space into the duty-free market to unleash consumption potential. He hoped that Este Lauder Group would fully grasp the opportunities brought by the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port, increase investment in the off-island duty-free market, optimize supply chain layout, and achieve mutually beneficial development.
