TL NATURAL GAS(08536) plans to establish a joint venture company with Huatong Power and Shuiyang.

Zhifubao Financial News APP News, TL NATURAL GAS (08536) announced on November 3, 2025, that the company has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Huat Power (China) Limited (Huat Power) and Shuiyang to propose the establishment of a joint venture. In accordance with this, the contracting parties have agreed to jointly establish a joint venture to engage in the management and operation of the methanol hydrogen fuel cell off-grid power supply system and liquid-cooled super charging station developed and deployed by Shenzhen Supercomputing Power Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and Huat Power nationwide (including but not limited to projects already in operation and under construction). As per the memorandum of understanding, it is proposed that the joint venture will be owned by the company with 51% equity, Huat Power with 24.5% equity, and Shuiyang with 24.5% equity. More details on the related operating plans and the proposed establishment of the joint venture will be announced after the formal agreement is signed.
