(hereinafter referred to as "Hongsu Industrial") holds 19.1349 million shares of Hongsu Futures Co., Ltd. (approximately 1.8987% of the total share capital of the company). The company received a ruling from the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province (Order No. (2025) Yue 03 Zhi 580) to enforce the shares held by Jiangsu Hongsu Industrial Co., Ltd. in the Company.
