Byte implements the "Bean Bag Stock" incentive plan, adding incentives for long-term rewards for talent in big models.
ByteDance is piloting a "Bean Bag Long-Term Incentive Plan". The plan establishes a "virtual stock" mechanism for Bean Bag's related large model business, strengthening long-term attraction and incentive for talent through the granting of Bean Bag shares and a repurchase mechanism similar to ByteDance options. Insiders revealed that the current valuation of "Bean Bag shares" only considers the business input costs and will be granted to participating employees at a very favorable price. In the future, "Bean Bag shares" will be revalued based on the development of Bean Bag, large model toB, and other businesses, linking incentives to the performance of the large model business, allowing employees to better share in the benefits of business growth.
