Shentong Express: Completes acquisition of 100% equity of Zhejiang Danya Logistics Technology Co., Ltd.

STO Express announcement, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary STO Express Co., Ltd. has completed the delivery of 100% equity acquisition of Zhejiang Danni Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. Danni Logistics has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" reissued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring, does not involve related party transactions, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the "Measures for the Management of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies". Danni Logistics and its subsidiaries will be included in the consolidated financial statements of STO Express.
