Allied Consultancy: Global TV shipments in the third quarter fell below 50 million units for the first time.

According to the Economic and Financial Intelligence APP, the latest survey conducted by TrendForce shows that the global TV shipment volume in the third quarter of 2025 is only about 49.75 million units, a 6% increase on a quarterly basis and a 4.9% decrease on an annual basis, falling below 50 million units for the first time in the same period in recent years. The main reasons for this are the lengthening of consumer purchase cycles, the early demand effects caused by changes in the international situation, and the gradual fading of the benefits of China's market subsidy policies, leading to an overall market contraction.
