The People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality publicly released the "Notice on Strengthening the Ground Prevention and Control of 'Low, Slow, Small' Aircraft during the 15th National Games and Paralympic Games" in the form of a normative document on October 17, 2025. The notice will officially take effect on October 19, 2025. According to the clear control timeline specified in the notice, the second phase of the no-fly period is from 00:00 on November 2, 2025 to 24:00 on November 21, 2025, covering the entire administrative area of Guangzhou Municipality, an upgrade from the partial restricted area in the first phase.
