Guangdong: Expand the number of industrial tourism resources to around 300 by the end of 2025.

The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the overall plan for the "Enjoying a Warm Winter and Touring Guangdong" consumer season activities, which will focus on launching four major activities, including the "Science and Technology Industrial Tour in the Greater Bay Area." It aims to create high-quality science and technology tourism routes, connecting top science and technology platforms in the region such as well-known universities, research institutes, science and technology parks, and major infrastructure, and providing opportunities for participants to experience cutting-edge technologies such as AI, drones, and autonomous driving. It supports technology companies in developing technology tourism, promotes and replicates the experience of the Shenzhen Light of Science and Technology Museum, and creates a number of market-oriented public venue operation models. It promotes 51 high-quality industrial tourism routes and aims to expand the number of industrial tourism resources to around 300 by the end of 2025, fostering the creation of new industrial tourism scenic spots. The province and city will jointly launch a series of "Industrial +" themed check-in maps. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore industrial clusters, advanced manufacturing industry parks, and carefully designed industrial visit routes and practical experiences.
