According to the China Manned Space Agency, after the successful autonomous rapid rendezvous and docking of the manned spacecraft with the space station combination, the Shenzhou-21 astronaut crew entered the orbital module from the return cabin of the spacecraft. At 4:58 am Beijing time on November 1, 2025, the Shenzhou-20 astronauts in orbit successfully opened the "door" to welcome the Shenzhou-21 astronauts who had come a long way to stay at the Chinese space station. This is the 7th "space rendezvous" in the history of Chinese spaceflight. Two commanders reunited in the "Heavenly Palace" three years after the first "space rendezvous." Subsequently, the two astronaut crews took a "family photo" and sent their greetings to the people of the country who care for them. The two astronaut crews will then conduct an in-orbit handover at the space station. During this time, six astronauts will work and live together on the space station for about 5 days to complete their assigned tasks.
