International oil prices rose slightly on October 31st.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in December on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 41 cents to close at $60.98 per barrel, an increase of 0.68%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in December on the London Mercantile Exchange rose by 7 cents to close at $65.07 per barrel, an increase of 0.11%.
