Countdown to the first anniversary: Official mascot for the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games released.

On the occasion of the one-year countdown to the opening, Senegalese President Faye announced the official mascot "Ayo" for the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games in Dakar on October 31. International Olympic Committee President Kirsty Coventry attended the mascot unveiling ceremony.
