The Capital Information (01075.HK) announced that on October 31, 2025, the board of directors approved a proposal for the company to sell a total of not more than 5.4 million shares of listed digital assets through centralized bidding and/or block trading, accounting for no more than 2% of the total share capital of digital assets, at an estimated price not exceeding approximately RMB 183 million (excluding transaction costs).
