Lepu Medical (300003.SZ) subsidiary plans to license the MWN105 injection to Denmark's Sidera for a fee.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Leap Medical (300003.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Shanghai Min Wei Biological will license the independently-owned intellectual property of MWN105 injection solution to Denmark's Sidera for a fee. Sidera will obtain exclusive rights to develop and commercialize the product globally (excluding the Greater China region) within the licensed area. As part of the transaction, Shanghai Min Wei Biological will acquire a 9.99% stake in Sidera and will receive licensing fees for the MWN105 injection solution from Sidera.
