Eastern Land Technology (300353.SZ) plans to purchase 100% of the shares of Gao Wei Technology. The stock will resume trading.

The Intelligent Finance and Economics APP reported that Dongtu Technology (300353.SZ) announced that the company plans to purchase 100% of the shares of Beijing Gaowei Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Gaowei Technology") from 43 trading partners including Zhang Xun and Liu Xinping through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and to issue shares to raise supporting funds from not more than 35 specific investors. The company's stock will resume trading from Monday, November 3, 2025.
