Junqiu Holdings (01481) subsidiary has entered into a leasing agreement regarding land in Zambia with Harmony Prosper Zambia.

Zhitong Financial APP News, Chun Qiu Holdings (01481) announced that on October 31, 2025, its indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary Tera Logistics (as the lessor) entered into a lease agreement with lessee (Harmony Prosper Zambia Limited) for the lease area located within the land adjacent to the border between Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo for a period of 4 years and 11 months, with a monthly rent of $12,500. According to the agreement, Tera Logistics has the option or obligation to acquire the building constructed and owned by the lessee, with a total construction cost not exceeding $6 million (equivalent to 46.8 million Hong Kong dollars).
