When a rider encounters inappropriate behavior such as insults, harassment, solicitation of personal information, or drunken disorderly conduct during the delivery process, they can choose to upload recordings, videos, or chat records as evidence to apply to block the user. Within a year, the rider will no longer receive orders from that user. Each rider can block up to 2 users, and the blocking period is 365 days. After the period expires, the block will be automatically lifted, and riders can also adjust the list at any time. In order to ensure that users' experience is not affected, even if a rider blocks a user, the system will automatically match other riders to ensure that the delivery of orders is not affected.
