China Futures Industry Association issues "Market Making Trading Business Management Rules for Futures", which will be implemented starting from December 1st.

Wisdom Financial APP learned that on October 31st, in order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Opinions on Strengthening Supervision, Preventing Risks, and Promoting High-Quality Development of the Futures Market", further strengthening the self-discipline management of futures market-making trading business, the China Futures Industry Association issued the "Regulations on the Management of Futures Market-Making Trading Business", which will be implemented from December 1, 2025. The rules consist of six chapters and thirty-five articles, covering general provisions, trading management, risk management, internal control management, self-discipline management, and supplementary provisions, involving the front, middle, and back offices of market-making business throughout the entire process.
