Baichuan Energy (600681.SH) subsidiary plans to invest 215 million yuan to acquire 22.86% equity of Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Zhijun Finance and Economics APP news, Baichuan Energy (600681.SH) issued an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary Baichuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Baichuan Management") plans to acquire 22.86% equity of Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic") through equity acquisition and capital increase with a total investment of 215 million yuan. After the completion of this equity acquisition and capital increase, the company will hold 25.20% equity of Xi'an Zhongke Optoelectronic.
