Zhtng Cijng APP News, Kuaishou-W (01024.HK) issued an announcement that on October 31, 2025, 10,100 shares were issued under the first public offering after the exercise of the share purchase rights plan; 1.3146 million shares were cancelled after repurchasing shares; and 6.2818 million Class A ordinary shares were converted to Class B ordinary shares.
