The CITIC Securities APP reported that Lee Pharmaceutical (02181.HK) announced that starting from October 31, 2025: Dr. Qian Weizhu, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee; Mr. Tao Jing, an executive director, is no longer a member of the nomination committee; and Dr. Zhang Yanyun (the company's independent non-executive director (independent director), the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee) has been appointed as the chief independent non-executive director (chief independent director).
