Wisdom Finance APP News, Tianhua New Energy (300390.SZ) announced that on October 31, 2025, the actual controllers of the company, Mr. Pei Zhenhua and Mrs. Rong Jianfen, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement of Suzhou Tianhua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." with Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ningde Times"). Mr. Pei Zhenhua and Mrs. Rong Jianfen plan to transfer a total of 1.076 billion shares of the company held by them through the agreement to Ningde Times, accounting for 12.95% of the total number of shares of the company. The transfer price is RMB 24.49 per share, and the total transfer price is RMB 2.635 billion.
