At the same time, it was agreed to adjust the composition of the board's special committees, with Wang Shuguang as a member of the Strategic and ESG, Compensation, and Risk Control Committee, and Tian Ting as a member of the Strategic and ESG, and Risk Control Committee. In addition, Wang Shuguang was appointed as the authorized representative under the "Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange," serving jointly with Zhou Jiaxing, with Chairman Chen Liang no longer holding that position.
