CICC: Appoint Ms. Tian Ting as a staff director of the company.

CICC announced that on October 31, 2025, the fifth meeting of the third session of the Workers' Congress will be held, electing Ms. Tian Ting as the workers' director of the company, with a term until the end of the third board of directors, renewable consecutively. Ms. Tian Ting joined the company in July 2000, holding multiple positions, and currently serves as the head of the Finance Department and the Treasury Department. As of now, she does not hold any direct shares and has no connection with the company's board members or major shareholders. After the election, the number of internal directors on the board of directors does not exceed half of the total, in compliance with regulations.
