The announcement by Da Di Xiong states that directors and deputy general managers Yi Xiaofei, Dong Xuechun, deputy general managers Chen Jingwu, Liu Minghui, and CFO Wang ZiYi plan to reduce their respective holdings by no more than 391,100 shares, 83,200 shares, 310,200 shares, 55,720 shares, and 18,935 shares through centralized bidding within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for 0.3417%, 0.0727%, 0.2710%, 0.0487%, and 0.0165% of the total share capital of the company; the total number of shares to be reduced within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total share capital of the company.
