China Everbright Group (00382.HK): HuaShang Hotel Group and SunCity Group enter into a hotel management contract.

Wisdom Financial News APP reports that China Central Group (00382.HK) has announced that on October 31, 2025 (after trading hours), Huashang Hotel (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has entered into a hotel management contract with Sun City Grand Hotel. According to this agreement, Sun City Grand Hotel will take over the operation of the premises previously managed by Huashang Hotel.
