Modern Pharmaceuticals: Publicly listed transfer of 51% equity stake in subsidiary company completed business registration change.

Modern Pharmaceutical announced that the company had previously signed a "Shanghai Property Rights Transaction Contract" with Henan Yangsen, transferring 51% equity of its subsidiary Guoyao Hasen for 109.68 million yuan. As of now, the company has received the full payment. On October 30, 2025, Guoyao Hasen completed the relevant industrial and commercial registration changes, and the company no longer holds its equity. It is expected that this transfer will increase the investment income of the company's consolidated financial statements for the year 2025 by approximately 44.5154 million yuan, subject to audit results.
