Guo Jiakun emphasized that China has always adhered to an independent and peaceful foreign policy. As the largest developing country and a member of the Non-Aligned Movement, as well as a member of the Global South, China has always stood by the side of developing countries and will continue to practice true multilateralism, together with other countries, to uphold the multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization at its core. China will abide by the United Nations Charter and the basic norms of international relations, promote a fair and orderly world multipolarization and inclusive economic globalization, injecting more certainty and stability into the world.
