Ni Hong: Fully implement the key tasks of promoting high-quality development of the real estate industry.

In a recently published guidebook titled "Guidelines on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China," an article titled "Promoting High-Quality Development of Real Estate" by Ni Hong, Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, was featured. Ni Hong stated that the key tasks to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of real estate include: optimizing the supply of affordable housing; promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the real estate market; reforming and improving the development, financing, and sales systems of real estate; implementing a housing quality improvement project; implementing actions to improve the quality of property services; and establishing a comprehensive safety management system for the entire life cycle of houses.
