Tengya Precision Engineering has established a new subsidiary which includes the intelligent robotics business.

According to the Enterprise Check APP, Hangzhou Tengya Xinpai Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Li Tiancheng as the legal representative. The scope of business includes: manufacturing of household appliances; sales of household appliances; sales of smart robots; sales of smart home consumer devices, etc. The equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check indicates that the company is wholly owned by Tengya Precision.
