According to Tianyancha App, recently, SMIC International Holding Limited underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 5.25 billion USD to 5.95 billion USD. The company was established in July 2015, with Liu Xunfeng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes wholesale, import and export of integrated circuit products, commission agency, and related supporting services, with full ownership by SMIC International Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
