According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Jiangxi Xingrui Expressway Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Its business scope includes highway management and maintenance, catering services, accommodation services, construction engineering construction, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is jointly owned by China Railway Group's wholly-owned subsidiary China Railway Traffic Investment Group Co., Ltd., and China Communications Construction Group's wholly-owned subsidiary China Communications Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
