Saudi Arabia has made a final ruling on anti-dumping of titanium dioxide from China.

On October 27, 2025, the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce announced that it had made an affirmative final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of titanium dioxide originating from China, and decided to impose anti-dumping duties ranging from 19.39% to 45% on the products involved based on the CIF price. The measure will be in effect for five years until October 26, 2030. The products involved are pigments or titanium dioxide preparations with a titanium dioxide content of over 80%, excluding rutile titanium dioxide. The Saudi customs codes for the products involved are 32.06.11.00.00.00, 28.23.00.00.99.99, and 28.23.00.00.00.02.
