Hunan extends marriage leave and maternity leave.

Recently, the General Office of the People's Government of Hunan Province issued a notice on "Ten Measures to Improve Fertility Support Policies and Promote the Construction of a Fertility-Friendly Society." The notice specifically encourages employers to extend marriage leave for employees to 20 days on the basis of the national regulations on marriage leave; and encourages employers to extend maternity leave to 188 days for female employees who meet the legal conditions for childbirth, on the basis of enjoying the national regulations on maternity leave.
